Day Spring Massage & Energy Therapy

A deeply meditative Ayurvedic treatment that quiets an overstimulated mind. A continuous, rhythmic stream of warm herbalized oil gently flows across the forehead for approximately 20 minutes, inducing slow alpha/theta brainwave frequencies, easing insomnia, and calming the central nervous system.
